It was built on the foundations of a service centre created by HSBC Bank Poland in 2007 to perform back-office operations for the bank and became an independent entity in January 2010.
HSBC Service Delivery has expanded from a team of less than 300 employees in 2010 to almost 6,000 professionals and continues to grow. It is one of the leading service centres in Krakow, among those owned by global organisations.
Our international team provides services to HSBC entities across 27 countries and in 11 languages: Czech, English, French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Italian, Polish, Russian, Spanish and Turkish.
It is one of the most diversified of HSBC’s service centres, supporting the bank with its risk management, business analysis, IT applications and in a range of other areas of the business.
HSBC Service Delivery was ranked third most desired employer in Poland’s Shared Service Centres & Business Process Outsourcing sector league table in 2016 by Antal International. It offers an inclusive multicultural environment for ambitious individuals who want to develop their skills.
In November 2014, HSBC Service Delivery relocated from Zabierzow Business Park to an eco-friendly office space with an LEED Gold certificate close to Krakow’s city centre.
